Welcome to the world of ZIPYAJ... My World!

It's a fairly small world actually, but when you consider how the world gets smaller everyday in terms of the many ways we can connect with others from all corners of the globe, this small corner of the digital world has enabled me to connect with you. Welcome to my world! That being said, lets us get better acquainted.

My name is Jay Piz. I often use ZIPYAJ as a moniker and alter-ego - an easy one to figure out and far less deceptive than some faux identity alternative. It also lets me leave my unique digital footprint anywhere in this world I want to. And as a savvy marketing professional, I do just that; web sites, email campaigns, articles and press releases, forums and social networks (list), etc. Face it. If you found little 'ol me, just think what I can do for your organization, your products, your services and your customers. 

Actually, I've been doing just that for three decades! 

Sometimes things are just black & white, separating fact from fiction. This is just such a case of black & white facts... 


High Performance Marketing... Hardened in the trenches before computers and the so-called information super highway we now refer to as the Net, I've driven hard in many a race challenged to bring new customers across the finish line ahead of the competition and share in the sweet taste of victory with my team and sponsors. Feeling the breeze of the checkered flag all the way back to the boardroom and the bottom line is what it's all about. And I do love to win.


Your business doesn’t fit into a mold or template. It shouldn't have to! 
Your business is unique, and so am I. There's no cookie cutter solution to wheeling a new product around the track or steering a web-based business into the winner's circle. You can't just put the pedal to the metal, point it straight and hope to cross the line intact. I know! I've crashed too. You've got lift the hood and know what your machine is made of and what it can do. You've got to know what and who you're up against and what risks are at stake. You have to know your own race, pick the right line, the right time and smartly have the courage to accelerate away from the pack. Sound simple? It's not! And we both know it. 

Having a thorough understanding of the principles of marketing, being multi-disciplinary, proficient in traditional methods and mediums while staying abreast of the ever-changing technologies and shifts in market trends - the race conditions, and working in unison with a team focusing on the real results of brand building, increasing transactions, and providing measurable results is but a brief summary of me. It's what I do. Simple enough for any small-to-midsize business (SMB) and scalable to suit businesses targeting customers on a global basis.

Based in Irvine, California since 1987, I have worked with both brick and mortar and web-based enterprises in a spectrum of industries including high technology products and solutions, consumer packaged goods, services and the industrial sector, to name but a few. What I offer
is real-life experience, a foundation of accomplishments and professional development in a business setting. I also have the experience that proves simply, if it doesn't facilitate a sale then it's not marketing. And I can sell, too!
